We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fuel Logistic Supervisor to join our team in Mozambique, Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Coordinate assets personnel and supervise equipment maintenance and logistic base activities.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, quality, and safety standards.
• Provide coordination of logistic/marine base support/assistance to vessel operations.
• Apply the ISPS code for Port Facility correctly.
• Compile expenditure budgets and control costs.
• Follow up on required maintenance of Base facilities and equipment.
• Manage base warehouse and replenish stock according to scheduled repairs.
• Supervise correct operation of warehouse management information packages and ensure safety procedures and standards are followed.
• Review inventory of Patrimonial Assets on the base and handle technical and operational requests, while also supervising asset storage and maintenance.
• Control schedules and costs, and manage marine/logistic base support for vessels operating in the area, ensuring compliance with contracting government requirements and international standards.
• Regularly report as per company rules.

Job Requirements

• Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Logistics.
• Strong English language skills.
• Technical knowledge in Asset & Equipment Maintenance, Marine & Logistics Base Operations, Warehouse & Inventory Management, Budgeting & Cost Control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
