As a FuelPHP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the FuelPHP framework. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to plan, design, and implement web applications using the FuelPHP framework.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and optimize database queries and interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in FuelPHP to leverage its capabilities effectively.
• Customize and extend the FuelPHP framework to meet project requirements.
• Integrate front-end designs and user interfaces with the FuelPHP backend.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Design and maintain database schemas, ensuring data integrity and performance.

• Perform code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Implement security best practices to protect against common web vulnerabilities (e. g. , SQL injection, cross-site scripting).
• Keep the application and its dependencies up-to-date with security patches.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and systems.
• Document project requirements, specifications, and architecture.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, front-end developers, and project managers, to ensure project success.
• Participate in discussions and problem-solving sessions to find innovative solutions to challenges.
• Deploy applications to production environments and manage server configurations if necessary.
• Monitor and maintain application performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience as a FuelPHP Developer or in PHP web development.

• Strong knowledge of FuelPHP framework and PHP programming language.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end technologies.

• Familiarity with SQL databases (e. g. , MySQL) and database design principles.

• Experience with version control systems (e. g. , Git) and collaborative development workflows.

• Understanding of web security best practices and common vulnerabilities.
