Fulfillment & Operations Assistant

Contract | $20/hour | November–March
The Life Edit is a growing lifestyle and stationery brand centered around intentional living, planning, and reflection. As we launch our 2027 collection, we’re looking for a reliable and highly organized Fulfillment & Operations Assistant to support our e-commerce fulfillment during our busiest season.
This will begin as a contract role from November through March, with flexible hours based on fulfillment needs and the potential to evolve into a longer-term position as the brand grows.
What You’ll Help With

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing packages
• Receive, organize, count, and move planner inventory
• Maintain an organized inventory and fulfillment space
• Assist with inventory counts, returns, and shipping supplies
• Prepare PR, gifting, and special-order packages
• Support additional e-commerce and brand operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Able to lift and move boxes of planners and inventory
• Reliable transportation and ability to work locally in the Woodland Hills / Calabasas area
• Flexible availability from November through March, particularly during holiday and New Year fulfillment periods
• Comfortable with computers, printers, and learning e-commerce/shipping systems
• Shopify, fulfillment, retail, inventory, or operations experience is a plus

Compensation & Schedule
$20/hour with flexible hours based on order volume and fulfillment needs. Hours may increase during launches and peak shipping periods.
We’re looking for someone excited to join The Life Edit at an early stage. For the right person, there may be an opportunity for this contract to evolve into a more permanent role with increased responsibility as the brand continues to grow.
