Fulfillment Associate

Position Summary

Hooked On Freight Transportation LLC is seeking a reliable and motivated Fulfillment Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. In this role, you will assist with order fulfillment, picking and packing, shipment preparation, inventory organization, and ensuring products are processed accurately and efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced transportation environment. No previous experience is required paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure products are properly packaged.
• Apply shipping labels and prepare items for delivery.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing inventory.
• Support loading, unloading, and movement of shipments as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Work with team members to meet daily fulfillment and operational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills are helpful.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with order fulfillment or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of shipping and inventory processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $22.30 - $23.30 per hour
