Fulfillment Associate

About the Role

The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, packaging items securely, preparing shipments, and assisting with inventory and quality control within the fulfillment area. This role ensures accuracy, speed and quality in the order fulfillment process, helping to deliver a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately interpret customer orders from various e-commerce platforms and pick the correct items from the inventory area based on order specifications.
• Perform daily packing of customer orders using appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bubblewrap, mailers, etc.) while following standard packing procedures to prevent damage during transit.
• Conduct product quality checks by inspecting items for defects or damages, and ensure that all orders are complete and meet quality standards before shipment and follow all established fulfillment procedures and safety guidelines.
• Attach waybills, packing lists, and other required shipping documents accurately to each order.
• Prepare and hand over completed orders to the assigned courier or designated shipping area on schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing stations and work areas to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive environment.
• Follow all established fulfillment procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Communicate any order discrepancies, damaged items, or operational concerns to the supervisor or team lead promptly.

Qualifications:

• Resides in or is willing to report to Imus City, Cavite
• Prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment environment is preferred especially in e-commerce
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays and if the operation requires
• Willing to work in Imus, Cavite
• Can start ASAP
