Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview

JXB Properties is seeking a dependable and organized Fulfillment Associate to support daily order processing, product handling, and fulfillment activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and can complete tasks accurately in a team environment.

No previous fulfillment or warehouse experience is required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare customer orders for fulfillment
• Pick products according to order details
• Pack items securely and prepare packages for shipment
• Verify product quantities and order information
• Apply shipping labels and organize completed orders
• Assist with receiving and organizing incoming products
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with routine inventory counts
• Move completed orders to designated staging areas
• Report damaged items, missing products, or order discrepancies
• Keep products, supplies, and work areas organized
• Follow established safety and handling procedures
• Assist with general fulfillment and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

• No previous experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new processes and systems

Pay: $22.50 - $23.50 per hour
