Job Overview
We are looking for seasonal help to join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced fulfillment operation! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling e-commerce orders and all processes associated with it. You learn how to operate a market leading Warehouse Management System, prioritize the workflow, learn all aspects of warehouse operations and be part of a team united in growing a fast-paced business. Your proactive approach will help us meet order fulfillment goals, maintain safety standards, and support seamless shipping and receiving operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, and materials handling—all while contributing to a thriving 3-PL environment.

This role has the ability to expand into lead and supervisory role as processes are learned and skills are developed.

This is a full-time role through the middle of December which could become permanent beyond for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate light duty equipment such as scissor lifts, wave machine, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track stock levels accurately.
• Assist in order picking and packing processes, and quality management to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Conduct shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments with precision.
• Support warehouse distribution efforts by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines diligently during all warehouse operations to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Prior working experience with a focus on details and face-paced working environment.
• Able to work with a team with various backgrounds.
• Able to problem solve and think through processes.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to perform typical fulfillment related lifting and physical tasks regularly while maintaining safety standards.
• Aptitude towards understanding of various warehouse processes
• Able to work M-F from 7:00 am to job completion - usually 4:00 pm

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
