Fulfillment Associate

We are a family buisness seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped efficiently. looking for a reliable, fast paced, high energetic employee to handle processing of internet orders. You will do any number of tasks, from preparing orders to bagging and counting for stock and inventory. You will be floating during the week depending on how busy we are and fill In for other employees when needed. This position is not an actual full time or part time opening. This is a job for someone who wants to work a few days a week, or less when required or needed. We need a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to apply for this position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare order for processing
• Examining and inspecting orders before packing, to make sure specifications are met.
• Review and photograph customer outgoing orders before shipment.
• Filling/checking and counting inventory as needed for incoming orders.
• If needed, Packing and sealing orders based on work orders or instructions from supervisor.
• Conduct regular checks on inventory for counting and stocking for incoming orders and for stock.
• Manage inventory levels through effective stocking and order picking.
• Ensure proper packaging of products for shipment to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members for assistance on daily tasks and help.
• Maintain cleanliness when finished.

Requirements

• Strong basic math skills for inventory order processing.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and packing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while meeting individual performance goals.
• **No set schedule, When the job is done, we leave for the day. We determine the hours.
• *Note – Pay Rate for this Job is $15/Hour
• *Monday-Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm**CAN VARY DEPENDING ON WHEN NEEDED**
• *Saturday Morning (9am -11pm-ONLY)
• Must have your own transportation, (We will not wait for your ride to show up when done for the day!)

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
