Fulfillment Associate

About the role

Perform hands-on, multi-functional fulfillment work across picking, packing, order checking, stock movement, and returns handling, and provide flexible support to Inbound and Outbound operations as directed by the Fulfillment Coordinator. Ensure all work is completed accurately, safely, and in compliance with approved Quality Standards and SOPs for apparel products across 6,000+ SKUs.

Key responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately and within the required turnaround time from assigned locators based on pick slips, verifying style, color, size, and quantity
• Handle apparel carefully to prevent damage, soiling, and mix-ups between orders and brands
• Pack orders safely, cost-effectively, and to brand standards using correct packaging, inserts, labels, and brand-specific requirements
• Select the most cost-effective box or mailer size that minimizes shipping cost without crushing the product
• Apply dunnage correctly to prevent movement and damage during transit
• Verify order accuracy and product condition by checking packed orders against order documents for item accuracy, quantity, and completeness
• Inspect items for defects, stains, lint, dust, loose threads, damage, and packaging issues
• Support Inbound and Outbound operations during peak periods by assisting with unloading, counting, sorting, labeling, put-away, staging, and dispatch preparation
• Move stock between locators with proper documentation and record every movement in the system
• Report discrepancies, mis-picks, stock mismatches, damaged items, and delays to the Fulfillment Coordinator immediately

About you

• Ability to perform hands-on, multi-functional fulfillment work accurately and safely
• Capability to handle apparel carefully and maintain attention to detail in picking, packing, and quality checking
• Ability to use the a System to record stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy
• Flexibility to support Inbound and Outbound operations as directed
• Ability to follow safety rules and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
• Capability to report issues promptly and escalate concerns to the Fulfillment Coordinator
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and data privacy requirements

Qualifications:

• Senior High School graduate or possess relevant vocational training/diploma.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, and experience with warehouse management systems or software).
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely throughout a shift.
• Strong attention to detail, honesty, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Willing to work on-site at PEZA, Angeles City.
