Fulfillment Associate / Support Staff

We are a fast-growing skincare company located in Las Vegas, specializing in the handcrafted production and sale of natural skincare products — including soaps, creams, and other nourishing essentials. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help support our daily operations.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our warehouse and office team. This role includes helping make, label, and package our products, as well as fulfilling and shipping online orders. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handcrafting skincare products and soaps according to our formulas
• Label and package products with precision and care
• Pick and pack customer orders with 100% accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction
• Effective communication with staff members, production team, and management
• Print shipping labels and prepare orders for shipment, with 100% accuracy on items, customer information, and shipping information
• Comfortable asking when help is needed
• Keep inventory organized and up to date
• Help with administrative tasks as needed
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Maintain a clean, professional, and drama-free work environment

Schedule Requirement:

• Sunday through Thursday shift is required – please only apply if you are available during these days

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation is a must
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Must be dependable and detail-oriented

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
