Schedule: Start date of November 16. Part-time during a two-week training period leading up to Black Friday, then full-time (40 hours per week) from the week after Black Friday through New Year's.

About the Role

We're looking for detail-oriented, hard-working Fulfillment Associates to support our Berkeley facility through the holiday season. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our fulfillment operation: packing orders, receiving inventory, and making sure every shipment reflects the quality and precision The Caviar Co. is known for. You'll start with two weeks of part-time training before Black Friday, then move to a full-time schedule through New Year's. This is a seasonal position that ends after the holidays.

What You'll Be Doing

• Packing and preparing orders to brand standards

• Building shipping kits and staging outbound shipments

• Labeling shipments accurately using ShipStation

• Receiving and verifying inbound shipments against purchase orders

• Organizing and rotating inventory (FIFO), including temperature-sensitive perishables

• Keeping the fulfillment space clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Supporting cross-functional needs across fulfillment, retail, and wholesale teams

What We're Looking For

• 1-3+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, receiving, or logistics

• Experience with Shopify and ShipStation (or similar shipping platforms) preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment, especially during peak holiday volume

• Team-oriented with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

• Strong communication skills and ability to escalate issues quickly

• Available to start November 16 and work through New Year's

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
