Fulfillment Clerk

Fulfillment Clerk $15.50/Hour | Full-Time Contract | Long-Term Assignment Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Onsite Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, production-oriented Fulfillment Clerk to support order fulfillment and back-office customer service operations. This position is responsible for processing customer orders accurately, preparing packages for mailing, and assisting the team with other non-phone administrative duties.

The ideal candidate works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and maintains a strong customer-service mindset.

What You'll Do

• Process customer order requests accurately and promptly.
• Package orders properly and prepare them for mailing.
• Maintain consistent, high-quality, customer-focused service.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal personnel.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues quickly.
• Assist with additional back-office, non-phone responsibilities as needed.
• Follow established procedures and meet productivity and quality expectations.

Schedule & Pay

• Pay: $15.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Onsite
• Parking/Transportation: Candidate is responsible for parking costs. Parking is available in multiple lots near the client site. The location is also MARTA accessible from the Peachtree Center Station.
