Fulfillment Manager

Fresh Factory is looking for an experienced and hands-on Fulfillment Manager to lead our fulfillment operations in Jakarta Selatan 3. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse and fulfillment processes, operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and service level achievement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily fulfillment and warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Ensure inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, accuracy, and fulfillment SLA/KPI.
• Manage inventory accuracy and coordinate with Inventory/Operational Control teams to minimize discrepancies.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement effective SOPs and operational processes.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, Transport, Customer Service, and other related teams to ensure end-to-end fulfillment performance.
• Monitor manpower planning, workforce productivity, and shift allocation.
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop the fulfillment team to achieve operational targets.
• Manage operational challenges and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and within the agreed SLA.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, with experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and fulfillment processes, including inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and outbound.
• Experienced in managing operational teams and warehouse manpower.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience in cold-chain logistics, FMCG, e-commerce, retail, or 3PL is highly preferred.
