What they need
About Aware360
Aware360 is a purpose-driven safety technology company committed to protecting mobile workers through innovative digital solutions. With a focus on lone worker safety and real-time risk mitigation, our SafetyAware and AlertGPS platforms empower organizations to keep their people safe and connected, no matter where the job takes them. We work closely with a network of leading telecommunications carriers and channel partners to deliver life-saving solutions across industries such as healthcare, utilities, oil & gas, retail, and government.
The Role
We’re seeking a detail-driven Fulfillment Manager to own the end-to-end hardware fulfillment process that puts SafetyAware and AlertGPS devices into our customers’ hands. This role is responsible for provisioning and shipping hardware orders for customers across the United States and Canada, managing inventory across multiple device types and manufacturers, and handling purchasing, returns, and every operational task that keeps our hardware supply running smoothly. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, you will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to make sure every deployment starts on time, with the right devices, configured correctly. Because fulfillment and inventory span both countries, you will also coordinate and oversee fulfillment work performed remotely, outside our Utah office.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment & Provisioning
- Own the end-to-end fulfillment of customer hardware orders, from order intake and verification through configuration, shipment, and delivery confirmation.
- Manage fulfillment for both U.S. and Canadian customers, including oversight of Canadian orders and fulfillment activities performed at remote locations.
- Provision and configure devices for SafetyAware and AlertGPS, including platform account association, firmware updates, settings configuration, and pre-shipment testing.
- Coordinate SIM and connectivity activations with carrier partners, ensuring devices are active and reporting before they ship.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately; generate shipping labels, manage carrier accounts, and prepare customs documentation for cross-border shipments.
- Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to align fulfillment timelines with onboarding plans, pilots, and go-live dates.
- Manage returns, RMAs, warranty claims, and device swaps; coordinate repairs and replacements with hardware manufacturers.
- Maintain accurate order status, serial number, and device assignment records in HubSpot and internal systems.
- Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers on order status, shipping timelines, and any delays or backorders.
- Set clear processes, expectations, and quality checks for anyone performing fulfillment tasks remotely, and verify the accuracy of their work.
Inventory Management & Procurement
- Manage inventory across multiple hardware types and manufacturers, including safety devices, accessories, chargers, and SIM cards.
- Maintain accurate, reconciled inventory across U.S. and Canadian locations, including stock held remotely; manage cross-border transfers, customs brokerage, and duties.
- Forecast hardware demand using sales pipeline, renewal, and deployment data; set and maintain reorder points and safety stock levels.
- Create, place, and track purchase orders with vendors and distributors; manage lead times, pricing, and supplier relationships.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Track device lifecycle, including end-of-life notices, firmware compatibility, and replacement planning for customer fleets.
- Partner with Finance on inventory valuation, cost of goods, and hardware invoicing accuracy.
- Build and maintain fulfillment SOPs, checklists, and process documentation that allow operations to scale.
- Report on fulfillment and inventory KPIs such as order cycle time, order accuracy, inventory turns, and stock-outs.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations (connected hardware, IoT, or telecom device experience a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience provisioning, configuring, or testing electronic devices; familiarity with SIM activation and cellular or satellite connectivity a plus.
- Experience with U.S.–Canada cross-border shipping, customs documentation, and multi-location inventory management.
- Proven ability to coordinate and oversee work performed remotely, with strong written communication and follow-through.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage high order volumes and competing priorities in parallel.
- Proficiency with inventory, CRM, and productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot/CRM, QuickBooks, Excel, shipping platforms such as UPS CampusShip, Jira, Slack).
- Detail‑oriented, process-driven, and proactive, with excellent record-keeping and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with the physical aspects of fulfillment work, including packing, lifting, and moving equipment up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Paid time off
