Job Overview

M.P.H Transportation Services LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Fulfillment Operations Assistant to support daily order processing, inventory handling, shipping, and general fulfillment activities. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily fulfillment and warehouse operations
• Receive, sort, and organize incoming products and materials
• Pick items according to customer orders and picking lists
• Check products and quantities for order accuracy
• Pack and prepare completed orders for shipment
• Apply shipping labels and verify shipping information
• Stage outgoing orders in designated areas
• Assist with inventory counts and organization
• Update basic order and inventory information in company systems
• Monitor supplies and notify the team when replenishment is needed
• Inspect products for visible damage or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of packages when needed
• Communicate with team members regarding order or inventory issues
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines
• Perform other fulfillment and operational duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous fulfillment or warehouse experience is not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to learn inventory, order processing, and shipping systems
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages during the workday
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: $22.30 - $23.40 per hour
