We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Operations Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail using barcode scanning for logistics.
• Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials to prevent damage or injury.
• Knowledge in warehouse management systems and inventory management systems, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
• Maintain safety protocols by using personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to safety procedures, and conducting routine equipment inspections.
• Support shipping & receiving processes.
• Assist in quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before packing and dispatching.
• Organize warehouse space by stocking items appropriately, ensuring easy access for order picking and efficient warehouse distribution.

Experience

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, or similar material handling equipment (not mandatory).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanners for barcode scanning logistics tasks.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to manual handling, heavy lifting, and equipment operation.
• Demonstrated ability to perform order picking & packing accurately under time constraints.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and stock organization.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
