Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Fulfillment Management, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or related supervisory/management functions
• Strong knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory coordination, warehouse processes, and order processing
• Experienced in overseeing the complete fulfillment cycle, from order receipt and picking to packing, dispatch, and delivery coordination
• Familiar with inventory monitoring, stock accuracy, order tracking, and fulfillment performance
• Able to coordinate effectively with Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, and other departments
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide staff and monitor daily performance
• Knowledgeable in monitoring order accuracy, turnaround time, productivity, and fulfillment KPIs
• Capable of identifying operational issues and implementing process improvements to improve fulfillment efficiency
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and related reporting tools
• Experience with ERP, warehouse management systems, or inventory software is an advantage
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners
• Able to work independently and make sound operational decisions when necessary

Job Description

• Oversee the day-to-day fulfillment operations to ensure customer and business orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Manage the complete order fulfillment workflow, including order processing, picking, packing, staging, dispatch, and delivery coordination
• Monitor daily order volume and ensure fulfillment activities are completed within established service levels and timelines
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, and other departments to resolve fulfillment concerns
• Monitor inventory availability and stock accuracy to support uninterrupted order processing
• Review fulfillment activities and identify delays, errors, shortages, and other operational issues that may affect order completion
• Supervise and guide the fulfillment team, including work allocation, productivity monitoring, coaching, and performance follow-up
• Track key fulfillment KPIs, including order accuracy, processing time, productivity, backlog, and completion rates
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly fulfillment reports for management review
• Ensure proper documentation and system updates for all completed and pending orders
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams regarding dispatch schedules, delivery status, and pending shipments
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and fulfillment processes, reduce processing delays, and increase operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and established fulfillment policies
• Address operational concerns promptly and escalate major issues to management when necessary
• Perform other fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, and operational management duties assigned by management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
