Fulfillment Supervisor (e-Commerce) | Binan, Laguna

About the role

The Supervisor, eDC Fulfillment is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day fulfillment operations of the e-Commerce Distribution Center, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of online orders from order retrieval, picking, packing, and dispatch. The role supervises fulfillment associates, monitors operational performance, and coordinates with warehouse teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure efficient order processing, timely deliveries, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily e-commerce fulfillment operations, including order retrieval, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure online orders are processed accurately and within the required 24-hour fulfillment timeline.
• Monitor order accuracy, product quality, expiration dates, and compliance with proper packaging standards.
• Oversee the timely dispatch of completed orders to assigned 3PL partners, ensuring accurate system tagging and documentation.
• Lead, coach, and monitor fulfillment associates to achieve daily productivity, accuracy, and service-level targets.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure product availability and address fulfillment-related concerns.
• Collaborate with last-mile delivery partners to improve dispatch efficiency and delivery lead times.
• Monitor fulfillment performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare and submit daily fulfillment reports, productivity updates, and operational performance summaries.
• Ensure compliance with established operating procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety guidelines.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce distribution, preferably with team supervisory experience.
• Experience handling end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), or other e-commerce fulfillment applications.
• Knowledge of fulfillment KPIs, order accuracy, productivity monitoring, and service-level performance.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution center environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Biñan, Laguna and on shifting schedules, as operationally required.
