Fulfilment Solution Assistant Manager As a Fulfilment Solution Assistant Manager, you will be leading the Order-to-Delivery (OTD) process to achieve stock availability and inventory excellence in both DC and store network.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fulfilment strategy for Amplifon products and accessories to adapt business growth and other strategic priorities
• Design, implement, and optimize store replenishment solutions across various channels and product categories to secure stock availability and OTD lead time, in line with the target of service level and inventory efficiency
• Develop and optimize replenishment models & tools and support its digitalization to optimize the OTD process
• Track the Order-to-Delivery performance metrics, navigate OTD operations, and drive its continuous improvement
• Closely monitor inventory performance in DC and store network and collaborate with other functions to mitigate risks
• Act as a key contact point with APAC and Global fulfilment management communities
• Ensure compliance: comply with Amplifon’s value, principles, and policies Your profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field 2. 5-8 years of experience in order fulfilment management, inventory management or similar roles, preferably from Consumer Goods or Retail industries
• Experience in managing sizable distribution network
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with structured thinking capability 5.. Proven experience in replenishment methodology and tools , modelling skills is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite, skills in SQL/Python will be a plus
