Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Full and Part Time Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of food and beverage transactions
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food prep stations, and service stations
• Assist with food preparation, refilling supplies, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve guests efficiently
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing accurately
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or hospitality is highly valued
