Full Charge Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper (40 hours/week In Person Only)

Location: Old Town Manassas, VA

We are a family-friendly, boutique bookkeeping firm in the heart of Old Town Manassas, seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide accounting support for various client engagements
• Review financial statements and documents to maintain clients' books
• Enter key financial data, including payables and transactions (primarily in QuickBooks Online)
• Prepare routine account reconciliations
• Perform related administrative and clerical tasks

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years and proficiency in QuickBooks (especially QuickBooks Online) – minimum 3 years of experience required
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and financial reports
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
• Willingness and ability to learn specialized database software
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience or relevant degree/certifications preferred

• Hourly rate is commensurate with experience

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
