Full Cycle Accountant

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Perform account reconciliations for bank statements, ledger accounts, and other financial records to ensure accuracy
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and PeopleSoft to record transactions and generate reports
• Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Process payroll accurately and timely while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Assist with budgeting processes by analyzing expenses and forecasting future financial needs
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and financial statement preparation

Experience

• Proven experience as a Full Cycle Accountant or similar role
• Strong proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft or equivalent systems
• Demonstrated ability in account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
• Knowledge of auditing practices and financial services regulations
• Experience handling payroll processing and related compliance requirements
• Familiarity with bookkeeping principles, account reconciliation techniques, and budgeting processes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Bilingual

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
