Full Cycle Recruiter

About the role

We are in need of a Full Cycle Recruiter for our US Accounts, located in Bridgetown Quezon City. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to candidate onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to candidate onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and recruitment platforms
• Source and identify qualified candidates through databases, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening
• Conduct phone, virtual, or initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification when required
• Prepare and present job offers, including discussing salary and employment terms

About you

• 9 months to 1 year experience
• Any related Bachelor's Degree
• Good communications skills
