Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including clients and search partnerships
• Recruit and attract top talent using industry-leading tools, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
• Serve as a trusted consultant to both existing and prospective clients on their hiring needs

Desired Skills And Experience

• 4 year degree
• Team-oriented with a strong drive for individual performance and results
• 1–8 years of experience in a sales environment
• Polished business acumen with strong communication and presence
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Local to Minnesota for a hybrid work environment
