Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Office Relocation Assistant to support our upcoming office move initiative. You will assist the team with document scanning, packing, and setting up the new office space.

Key Responsibilities

-          Document Digitization & Scanning: Assist in sorting, prepping (removing staples/clips), and  scanning of hardcopy files

-          Packing & Labeling: Pack office documents, equipment, and supplies into boxes, ensuring all items are properly labeled and organized.

-          Ad-hoc Tasks: Carry out other administrative or relocation-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Handling Practical Tasks: Packing, unpacking, and moving office items.

Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and experience in operating office printers/scanners.

Work Attitude: Detail-oriented, responsible, punctual, and able to handle confidential documents with care.

Experience: Prior experience in office support, relocation, or document processing is a plus.

-          臨時事項： 完成由團隊分配的其他相關支援工作。

入職要求

實務操作： 文件裝箱、拆箱及搬運辦公室物品。

電腦技能： 具備基本電腦知識，並懂操作辦公室影印機/掃描器。

工作態度： 認真細心、有責任感、守時，並能謹慎處理保密文件。

工作經驗： 具備辦公室支援、搬遷或文件處理經驗者優先。
