Full-Service Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Full-Service Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, presenting our full-service solutions, and achieving sales goals.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by sales and customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers and generate leads.
• Present and explain our full-service solutions to potential clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
