FULL SET ACCOUNT (FULL TIME)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented FULL SET ACCOUNT to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing full set accounting functions and handling CTOS-related matters efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation

• Prepare monthly financial statements and P&L reports

• Handle E-Invoice processing and compliance in accordance with LHDN requirements.

• Manage CTOS-related processes.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities

• Basic understanding of Malaysia taxation,auditing, and company secretarial pratices.

• Any other ad-hoc jobs in relation from time to time as assigned.

• Perform any other ad hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the management.

Requirements

• 至少 1-2年 full set accounting 經驗

• Accounting / Finance Certificate, Diploma or Degree

• Experience handling CTOS and credit control matters will be an added advantage

• Proficient in accounting software (AutoCount).

• Responsible, committed, and detail-oriented

• 熟悉Accounting，E-Invoice & SST

• 細心，有責任感，能獨立工作

• Working Location: BEHEALTH MEDIC SDN BHD , KAMPUNG BARU SUBANG.
• Working Days: MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-6PM & SATURDAY 9AM-1PM
