About the role

Flexidesignx Plus Gallery is a online seller who sell for the loose furniture. We seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Johor. As an admin cum account professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing comprehensive administrative support, including recording online platform order, scheduling delivery date, coordinate with customer for the delivery, handling online platform, prepare document for custom clearance.
2. Handling various accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and assisting with payroll
3. Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and problem-solving
4. Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical duties as needed
5. Contributing to the development and implementation of office procedures and policies
6. Offering general support to the management team as required

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, ideally within the retail or services industry
2. Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, with a working knowledge of financial software and systems
3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
6. A team player who is adaptable, proactive, and committed to providing high-quality support
