Full set Accountant

A full set accountant manages a company's complete end-to-end accounting cycle, from daily transaction entries to periodic financial closing and statutory reporting.

Core Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, verify purchase orders, track payment schedules, and disburse payments on time.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue customer invoices, track collections, perform credit control, and follow up on overdue balances.
• General Ledger (GL) & Bookkeeping: Post monthly journal entries, process accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset depreciation, and maintain the general ledger.
• Bank & Ledger Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts payable/receivable balance statements against external vendor and customer statements.
• Month-End & Year-End Closing: Execute closing procedures to produce key financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement.
• Taxation & Compliance: Prepare periodic tax filings (e.g., GST/VAT returns, corporate tax filings) and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Audit Support: Prepare audit schedules, assemble supporting documentation, and coordinate directly with external auditors during annual reviews.
• Management Reporting: Analyze budget variances, review inventory/fixed assets, and present financial reports to directors and stakeholders
