Full Stack AI Developer

Plasan Sasa , a leading defense manufacturing company based in Kibbutz Sasa , is looking for a Full Stack AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered business solutions.

This is an opportunity to work hands-on with Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG architectures, enterprise integrations, and modern web technologies , while owning projects end-to-end, from idea to production.

What You'll Do

• Build AI and GenAI solutions that improve business and operational processes.
• Develop AI Agents, chatbots, intelligent search, and knowledge-based applications.
• Design and implement RAG solutions connected to enterprise data and documents.
• Develop Python backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Build modern web applications and user experiences.
• Integrate solutions with ERP, BI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other enterprise platforms.
• Lead PoCs and turn successful ideas into production-ready solutions.
• Work directly with business stakeholders and operational teams.

Requirements

Must Have

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Full Stack development experience.
• Strong Python backend development skills.
• Experience with modern frontend technologies.
• API and system integration experience.
• SQL and cloud development experience.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
