My client has built a category-defining product that dramatically cuts the time and cost businesses spend meeting regulatory and compliance requirements - turning a process that used to take months into a matter of days.

It's a large, underserved market opportunity, and this hasn't been solved before. In a short space of time they've built a strong customer base including well-known names in their sector, several major institutional clients, and a global consultancy - and are scaling revenue quickly. Backed by a respected accelerator and a strong group of investors, with a product customers have described as "transformational."

What you'll do:

• Own and scale core AI architecture — agentic workflows, embeddings, and low-latency chat powering key product features
• Build secure, high-availability infrastructure to a high engineering bar
• Design observable, maintainable AI inference tooling and evals
• Work across the full stack: backend, frontend, and AI devops
• Drive new features end-to-end, from idea to deploy

What They're Looking For

• A strong fullstack engineer who thrives at a fast-paced startup
• Proficient in TypeScript, Next.js, and GCP
• 2–3+ years building production systems, ideally in B2B SaaS
• At least 1 year working on a production AI product
• Strong with AI coding tools, with a bias toward agentic workflows and devops
• Backend system design experience — GCP (Vertex AI and Firebase) a plus
