About the Role

Bridge the gap between AI research and production software. Hitachi Digital Services is hiring a Full Stack AI Engineer (Mid / Senior) to transform machine learning models into intuitive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Architect and build full-stack web applications, from responsive user interfaces to resilient backend microservices.
• AI/ML Model Serving: Partner with data science teams to productionize ML models—building data pipelines, serving endpoints, and low-latency REST APIs.
• Intelligent UI/UX: Design dynamic, user-friendly frontend interfaces that visualize complex AI insights seamlessly.
• Code Quality & Architecture: Write maintainable, test-driven code, conduct thorough code reviews, and drive technology evaluation for new initiatives.
• Production Reliability: Debug, optimize, and maintain high availability across cloud-hosted applications.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years (Mid-level) or 5+ years (Senior-level) in full-stack software development with AI/ML integration experience.
• Frontend: Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Backend: Strong foundation in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django), Node.js, Java, or Go.
• AI/Data Stack: Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and database engines (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Cloud & DevOps: Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong plus.
• Professional English communication skills (written and verbal).
