Are you a junior developer who loves experimenting with AI coding tools and turning ideas into working applications?

At Solve Outsource Inc., we're looking for a hands-on Junior Full-Stack & AI Developer who actively uses tools like Claude, Claude Code, and other AI-assisted development platforms to build, test, and improve software.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days watching tutorials or doing repetitive coding exercises. You'll contribute to real business applications, process automation, system migrations, and internal tools that help our team work smarter.

You'll work directly with our Director and receive technical guidance and code reviews from an experienced engineer, giving you the opportunity to strengthen your skills while delivering meaningful results.

What You'll Work On

1. AI-Powered Application Development

• Help rebuild our internal task management system using Claude Code, including data migration.
• Develop and test features for web applications using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Contribute to our client portal and employee application.

2. System Migration & Data Management

• Support the migration of server files to Microsoft SharePoint.
• Help organise files, metadata, and information structures.
• Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. Business Process Automation

• Identify manual tasks that could be automated.
• Build practical automations with the Solve team.
• Help colleagues understand and use the tools you develop.

4. Quality, Testing & Continuous Improvement

• Review and test AI-generated code rather than blindly accepting its output.
• Use Git and version control to manage changes.
• Follow testing, documentation, and code review standards.
• Raise technical issues early and apply feedback to improve your work.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in practical ability, curiosity, and a genuine interest in building software with AI.

Essential requirements:

• 1–3 years of software development experience, or a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Basic SQL and database fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building projects with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.
• Ability to explain how you test, debug, and verify AI-generated code.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Good written and spoken English.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to code review.

Nice to have:

• React or Next.js.
• Node.js or Python.
• Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Workflow automation tools such as n8n or Power Automate.
• Azure or another cloud platform.
• A degree or certification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Your portfolio matters. If you have built useful applications, automated a workflow, created an internal tool, or used AI coding assistants to develop a working project, we want to see what you can do.

• ₱50,000–₱90,000 monthly salary, depending on experience and demonstrated skills.
