• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and modular frontend components using Lit Elements / Web Components / Angular / React or similar modern UI technologies.
• Develop and implement solutions using microservices architecture to support enterprise-grade applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and working software solutions. Cloud & DevOps
• Deploy and support applications across on-premises infrastructure, and cloud platforms such as Openshift.
• Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines, including automation and deployment processes using tools such as Jenkins.
• Ensure application reliability, operational efficiency, and smooth release management across environments. Data Engineering
• Deploy and support SQL-based data workflows with scalable distributed processing frameworks.
• Improve reporting accuracy, data reliability, and processing efficiency for critical business or financial reporting use cases. Business & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather, define, and refine requirements.
• Bridge the gap between business and technology teams by translating desired outcomes into implementable solutions.
• Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in high-pressure, delivery-focused environments.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, technical presentations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot) development. Experience with frontend development using Lit Elements / Web Components or comparable frameworks.
• Experience in working with SQL-based database for data engineering and large-scale data processing.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and REST-based integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation tooling.
