Position Overview

We are looking for ambitious, fast-learning Full-Stack Business Owner Interns to join our team. This internship is designed for high-potential individuals who want an end-to-end look at how a venture-backed health-tech company operates from the inside.

Rather than working on isolated administrative tasks, you will take ownership of a specific business surface or operational domain (e.g., Member Engagement, Care Delivery, Clinical Operations, Enterprise Growth, or Data Workflows). Your goal during the internship will be to design, build, and operate that surface from concept to delivery.

• If you have an Engineering background: You won't just write code; you will design user flows, build operational processes, and set up tracking/telemetry for your surface.
• If you come from Product, Business, or Operations: You will operate with high technical fluency, using logic, workflow automation, data tools, or light scripting to build solutions.

Core Responsibilities & Learning Objectives

• Business Surface Ownership: Take real ownership of day-to-day deliverables within your assigned area while collaborating across Data Science, Sales, Product, Clinical Operations, and Finance.
• Design & Map Workflows: Identify operational bottlenecks, workflow gaps, or growth opportunities within your domain. Map out process flows, user journeys, or internal system frameworks.
• Build Capabilities & Tools: Turn concepts into functional tools, standard operating procedures (SOPs), tracking dashboards, or automation/code.
• Operate & Track Impact: Roll out your project in a live business setting, gather feedback, troubleshoot obstacles, and track key performance indicators.
• Executive Exposure: Present your design, implementation results, and strategic recommendations directly to Digbi Health's leadership team at the conclusion of your internship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Bioengineering, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior internship, campus leadership, project management, coding, or entrepreneurial project experience.
• Proficiency or comfort with analytical tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, SQL), workflow software (e.g., Notion, Asana, Airtable, Miro), or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
