Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading investment group in the UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Consultant (Digital Portals) to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications. The role will be responsible for developing modern frontend and backend solutions, building microservicesbased architectures, integrating APIs, optimizing databases, and delivering secure, highperformance digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development & Solution Delivery

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and modern front end frameworks.

• Build and maintain microservicesbased architectures for enterprise applications.

• Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and highperformance backend services.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and thirdparty applications.

Database & Backend Development

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.

• Ensure efficient database performance, scalability, and data integrity.

• Support backend optimization, debugging, and performance tuning.

• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Application Integration & DevOps

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate frontend, backend, and thirdparty systems.

• Support CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and microservices delivery.

• Manage source code using Git and follow development best practices.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with product managers and technical teams.

Performance, Support & Continuous Improvement

• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects across both frontend and backend components.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

• Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Prepare technical documentation and follow organizational SOPs and development standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 34+ years of handson Full Stack development experience.

• Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js or similar backend frameworks.

• Handson experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.

• Experience designing and developing microservicesbased applications.

• Strong experience with modern frontend technologies including React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD processes.

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an advantage.

• Experience with MongoDB, DynamoDB, or other NoSQL databases is preferred.

Required Skillset

• Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and Full Stack application development.

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

• SQL database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.

• Microservices architecture and API development.

• RESTful API integration and authentication mechanisms.

• Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problemsolving skills.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile collaboration skills.
