Job Overview:
We are looking for a versatile and motivated Full Stack Data Analyst Intern to join our User Growth team. This role offers hands-on experience across the data lifecycle—from building pipelines and managing databases to analyzing trends and creating actionable insights that drive growth in digital marketing and mobile gaming.

Job Responsibilities:
Data Pipeline Development:
Build, maintain, and optimize custom data pipelines using SQL and Python.

Ensure seamless data integration and accessibility for analysis.

Database Management:
Manage databases to ensure data integrity and reliability.

Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction.

Data Analysis

Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and trends to uncover actionable insights.

Support growth strategies and initiatives such as A/B testing and cohort analysis to improve user retention, lifetime value (LTV), and ROI.

Visualization & Reporting:
Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics.

Present insights clearly and effectively to the User Growth team.

Collaboration:
Work closely with growth marketing managers, creative designers, and other stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in SQL for data processing and analysis.

Basic knowledge of database management and query optimization.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus.

Understanding of digital marketing metrics and user acquisition strategies is advantageous.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights effectively.

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
