What they need
Context
We are looking for a Full Stack Data Platform Engineer to join our Data Platform team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building and operating cloud-native data platforms, with a strong engineering mindset and hands-on experience across infrastructure, automation, and software development.
Missions
- Develop automation, tooling, and platform engineering solutions using Python and Shell scripting.
- Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Operate and troubleshoot within the AWS ecosystem, including networking, IAM, compute, storage, and other core cloud services.
- Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Kubernetes (K8s) and Amazon EKS.
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git (preferably Bitbucket).
- Administer Snowflake, including security model, role-based access control (RBAC), privileges, resource hierarchy, and object lifecycle management.
- Provision and manage Snowflake resources using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), focusing on automated environment provisioning, permission management, and platform governance.
- Apply software engineering best practices such as version control, code reviews, testing, automation, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Candidate has performed similar assignments/projects elsewhere (up to 20 points)
- Candidate has prior experience with public sector clients (up to 20 points)
- Candidate is quickly operational due to previous experience with the company (up to 20 points)
- Candidate speaks and writes the two national languages at business level (up to 15 points)
Profile wanted
- Strong proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for automation, tooling, and platform engineering
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
- Deep understanding of the AWS ecosystem, including networking, IAM, compute, storage, and other core cloud services
- Solid experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Amazon EKS, including deploying, operating, and troubleshooting containerized applications
- Proficiency with Git (preferably Bitbucket) and experience designing, developing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Good understanding of Snowflake administration, including security model, role-based access control (RBAC), privileges, resource hierarchy, and object lifecycle management
- Experience provisioning and managing Snowflake resources using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), with understanding of automated environment provisioning, permission management, and platform governance
