Job Summary

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain modern web applications across both frontend and backend, with a strong focus on AI-powered applications, LLM integrations, AI Agents, chatbots, and workflow automation.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who can use AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude to accelerate development while being able to understand, review, debug, and improve AI-generated code.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications
• Develop both frontend interfaces and backend business logic
• Build reliable and maintainable software following development best practices

Backend Development

• Develop backend systems using PHP, particularly Hyperf, Laravel, or other MVC frameworks
• Work with MySQL and Redis for application data and caching
• Contribute to backend development using Java, Python, Go, Node.js, or other technologies when required
• Develop and maintain APIs and business logic

Frontend Development

• Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces
• Work with modern JavaScript technologies and frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Next.js
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs

AI Application Development

• Develop AI-powered applications and intelligent features
• Integrate LLMs and AI services into web applications
• Build AI Agents, chatbots, intelligent assistants, and workflow automation
• Implement AI-powered business processes and automation
• Work with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar platforms

AI-Assisted Development

• Use Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, and other AI coding tools to improve development productivity
• Use AI tools to generate code, understand requirements, build code structures, and debug issues
• Review and validate AI-generated code before implementation
• Identify incorrect, inefficient, insecure, or unreliable AI-generated code and improve it
• Apply proper software engineering principles rather than relying blindly on AI-generated code

Database & API Development

• Design and maintain databases using MySQL, Redis, and/or MongoDB
• Write and optimise SQL queries
• Perform CRUD operations and database optimisation
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs
• Integrate third-party services and APIs

Testing & Code Quality

• Troubleshoot and fix bugs across frontend and backend systems
• Conduct functional testing and basic unit testing
• Review code for quality, security, performance, and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Development & Collaboration

• Use Git/GitLab for version control and collaborative development
• Work with UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers
• Prepare technical documentation and development notes
• Support deployment and continuous improvement of applications

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Development Skills

• Full-stack development experience with at least:

  • One backend programming language
  • One modern frontend framework

• Strong knowledge of:

  • PHP
  • Hyperf / Laravel or similar MVC frameworks
  • MySQL / Redis
  • JavaScript
  • HTML5 / CSS3
  • React / Vue.js / Next.js
  • RESTful APIs
  • Git / GitLab

AI & Development Tools

• Familiar with or willing to actively use AI coding tools, such as:

  • Cursor
  • GitHub Copilot
  • Claude

• Able to understand, review, debug, and improve AI-generated code

• Strong interest in AI application development and AI Agents

Other Knowledge

• Basic understanding of databases and networking
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership of development tasks
• Fast learner with a strong interest in new technologies
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking team members

Preferred / Advantageous

• Experience with Linux, Nginx, and Docker

• Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLM APIs

• Experience with AI Agent frameworks such as:

  • LangChain
  • LangGraph
  • CrewAI
  • AutoGen
  • OpenAI Agents SDK
  • MCP

• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

• Experience with vector databases

• Knowledge of prompt engineering

• Experience with function calling / tool calling

• Experience building AI workflows or automation systems

• Experience developing chatbots or intelligent assistants

• Experience with Python, Go, Java, or Node.js

Experience Level

Junior: 1–2 years of full-stack development experience, or strong project/internship experience with demonstrable technical skills.

Mid-Level: Candidates with proven full-stack development experience and practical experience building AI-powered applications may be considered for a more senior level.
