Full Stack Developer – AI & Internal Tools

About the role

Develop and maintain backend systems for internal company use. Create Web Applications to enable employees to access AI tools through a browser. Connect AI Models, AI Agents, APIs, and external services to the system. Develop tools or AI Skills for multiple departments to use collaboratively. Design workflows and user experiences that are easy to understand. Manage databases, user systems, and access permissions. Install and maintain systems on servers or cloud infrastructure, including systems operating within the company network. Test and present new ideas that help reduce repetitive work and increase team efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Frontend using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Develop Backend and APIs using Node.js, Python, or other suitable languages
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Connect AI Models, AI Agents, and LLM APIs to the system
• Design and implement workflows and user experiences
• Manage databases, user systems, and access permissions
• Install and maintain systems on servers or cloud infrastructure
• Test and present new ideas for automation and efficiency improvements
• Gather requirements from different teams and design easy-to-use tools
• Collaborate with internal users and stakeholders

About you

• Experience with Full Stack Development
• Experience with Frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or similar technologies
• Experience developing Backend and APIs with Node.js, Python, or other suitable languages
• Foundation in databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Ability to use AI to assist with code writing, problem analysis, and development efficiently
• Interest in AI, Automation, AI Agents, or LLM API integration
• Creative thinking, willingness to experiment, and ability to turn ideas into working systems
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with internal users
• Ability to listen to team requirements and design easy-to-use tools
• Experience creating Internal Tools, Admin Dashboards, Workflow Automation, or AI systems
