Build practical web applications, automation tools, dashboards, AI-enabled solutions, and system integrations that improve finance, accounting, warehouse, inventory, and business operations.

About the Role

Fintellect Consulting is expanding its capabilities in Business and Finance Transformation, AI, Automation, and Digital Solutions.

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to build internal tools, client applications, workflow automation, dashboards, and reusable digital products.

You will work with our consulting team to understand real business problems and turn them into practical solutions. Initial use cases may include stock-take applications, smart warehouse tools, finance-process automation, management dashboards, LINE applications, and integrations with ERP, accounting, POS, and other business systems.

This position is suitable for a developer who enjoys experimenting, building prototypes, launching practical applications, and improving them based on actual user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Application & Product Development

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web-based business applications.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces and reliable back-end services.
• Develop internal tools, client applications, prototypes, and reusable product components.
• Design databases, user roles, approval workflows, audit trails, and reporting functions.
• Build applications for inventory, stock take, warehouse, finance, accounting, and operational processes.
• Convert successful prototypes into secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions.

Integration & Automation

• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with ERP, accounting, POS, warehouse, database, and third-party systems.
• Automate data collection, validation, reconciliation, approvals, notifications, and reporting workflows.
• Work with structured data from databases, Excel files, APIs, and business systems.
• Build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and other appropriate tools.
• Develop LINE-based applications, notifications, or business workflows where relevant.
• Monitor integrations and resolve data, performance, or connectivity issues.

AI & Data Solutions

• Research and evaluate AI technologies for practical business applications.
• Build AI-enabled features using APIs and existing AI models rather than focusing only on model research.
• Develop applications involving document processing, information extraction, search, summarization, business rules, and workflow assistance.
• Build Power BI dashboards and connect them to reliable data sources.
• Work with consultants and users to define AI use cases, expected outputs, controls, and human-review requirements.
• Test AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, security, and practical usability.

Project Delivery & Support

• Gather and clarify requirements with consultants, clients, and business users.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and development plans.
• Prepare technical documentation, database structures, API specifications, test cases, and user guides.
• Conduct testing, deployment, user training, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Manage source code, versions, development environments, and release documentation.
• Provide technical support for deployed applications and continuously improve solutions based on user feedback.
• Manage multiple development initiatives and communicate progress, risks, and technical limitations clearly.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.

• At least 2–5 years of hands-on software-development experience.

• Experience developing and deploying web applications.

• Good knowledge of:

  • JavaScript or TypeScript
  • A modern front-end framework such as React or Next.js
  • Back-end development using Node.js, Python, .NET, or equivalent
  • Relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL
  • REST APIs, authentication, and system integration
  • Git and source-control practices

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into working applications.

• Experience testing, debugging, deploying, and maintaining applications.

• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ownership.

• Able to communicate with non-technical users in Thai and work with English technical documentation.

• Curious, adaptable, and willing to research and learn unfamiliar technologies.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, or Power Pages.
• Experience integrating ERP, accounting, POS, inventory, warehouse, or logistics systems.
• Experience using AI APIs, LLMs, retrieval systems, document processing, or AI agents.
• Experience with Python for automation, data processing, or AI integration.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or another cloud platform.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, cloud databases, monitoring, and application security.
• Experience developing mobile-friendly web applications or Progressive Web Apps.
• Experience with barcode, QR code, camera, OCR, inventory, or stock-take applications.
• Experience developing LINE Messaging API, LINE Login, LIFF, or notification-based workflows.
• Understanding of finance, accounting, ERP, warehouse, or business operations is an advantage.
• Portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of deployed applications will be highly considered.
