10Lines is developing autonomous parking lot marking robots and cloud software that revolutionize the line-marking industry. We are a fast-growing technology startup with big ambitions. The Role

The Full-Stack AI Engineer will work on developing responsive web platforms for communication between the robot and the user, with a strong focus on embedding agentic AI capabilities into our systems. This will mean discussions with stakeholders to define software requirements, planning projects to deliver proposed software solutions, and executing these projects.

This role will run in parallel to the other engineer roles. Collaboration across all staff is required with other software-based disciplines as well as mechanical and electronics engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications and autonomous AI agent workflows. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. This position is on-site at our Tallinn office.

Essential Qualifications/Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
• Minimum 5 years of JavaScript and specifically React.js/TypeScript framework experience
• Proven competence in Agentic AI architectures (e.g., tool-calling LLMs, autonomous task loops, multi-agent frameworks, and workflow automation)
• Extensive experience with REST API frameworks, microservices architecture, and backend development in Python 3 (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
• Ability to create reusable and modular UI components
• Proficiency in state management using hooks (useState, useEffect) and context API
• Experience with handling event bubbling in front-end heavy applications
• Experience in drawing and mapping libraries like Google Maps API and OpenLayers API

Good to Have

• Experience with responsive web design and use of design libraries like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS or AntDesign
• Demonstrated experience in designing scalable systems and working with Docker and containerized infrastructure
• Experience in handling end-to-end product development including infrastructure, front-end, back-end services, and AI agent integration
• Ability to work with different stakeholders and interested in taking a customer-first and behavior-driven approach to product development
