About Sync My Studio

Sync My Studio is a SaaS platform built specifically for photography and videography businesses. The platform helps studios manage their complete workflow, including CRM, bookings, projects, media, galleries, finance, team management, social media and more.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer & Product Engineer who can take end-to-end technical ownership of Sync My Studio.

This is not a role limited to writing code. You will work directly on the product and be involved in development, infrastructure, deployment, security, maintenance and continuous improvement of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the web and mobile applications.
• Build new features and modules from concept to production.
• Work on both frontend and backend development.
• Fix bugs, improve performance and maintain application stability.
• Manage APIs, databases, authentication and integrations.
• Handle application deployment, updates and production releases.
• Monitor and maintain servers, hosting and technical infrastructure.
• Implement basic security practices and protect application and user data.
• Make UI/UX improvements based on product requirements.
• Manage Play Store and App Store submissions, updates and releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them independently.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and productivity.
• Maintain clean, scalable and documented code.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment processes and system knowledge.
• Work directly with the founder to plan and prioritize product development.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong understanding of full-stack web development.
• Experience working with frontend and backend technologies.
• Good understanding of databases, APIs and authentication.
• Experience with Git and production deployments.
• Basic understanding of servers, cloud infrastructure and application security.
• Ability to understand an existing codebase and independently make changes.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and use AI tools effectively.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
