Overview
We are a growing technology-focused business working across software development, digital products, technical support, consulting, and other emerging business projects.
We are looking for a smart, highly motivated, and technically capable recent graduate to join us as a Full-Stack Developer & Technical Support Graduate Trainee.
This is a graduate trainee position. We are not looking for a finished or highly experienced developer. We are looking for a high-potential recent graduate with practical software development experience, strong technical aptitude, good academic performance, and the ability to learn quickly.
The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to full-stack software development, with a particularly good eye for clean, modern, and user-friendly frontend design.
Technical support is also a key part of this role. You should be comfortable troubleshooting computers, software, applications, and basic network/connectivity problems.
This is not a software-development-only or desk-only position.
The role combines:
- Full-stack software development
- Frontend design and user experience
- Technical and IT support
- Basic computer and network troubleshooting
- Client office/site visits
- Project execution and research
- General business and operational support
- Occasional business-related errands
You may be developing or testing an application on one day and troubleshooting software at a client's office, researching a technical solution, following up on a project, or handling an important business assignment on another.
This role is ideal for someone who is bright, articulate, curious, hands-on, dependable, and eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development
- Assist with developing and maintaining websites, web applications, and digital products

- Work with databases, APIs, and integrations
- Test applications and identify areas for improvement
- Research technologies and potential technical solutions
- Assist with application deployments, updates, and technical documentation
- Use modern development and AI-assisted tools appropriately to improve productivity
A good eye for frontend design and user experience is particularly important. You should care about layout, spacing, typography, responsiveness, usability, and how professionally an application is presented.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Technical support is a key part of this position.
You will:
- Provide basic onsite and remote technical support
- Troubleshoot common computer, software, and application problems
- Install and configure software and applications

- Visit client offices when required to investigate or resolve technical issues
- Help users understand and correctly use software and digital tools
- Research unfamiliar technical problems and identify possible solutions
- Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
- Escalate more complex technical problems when necessary
You do not need to be an experienced network engineer or IT support specialist.
However, you should understand basic computer and networking concepts and be comfortable approaching unfamiliar technical problems logically.
Client, Project & Business Support
This is not a desk-only role.
You will also:
- Work closely with the founder on technology and business projects

- Deliver or collect documents, equipment, devices, or other business-related items when necessary
- Handle occasional business-related errands within Lagos
- Provide clear progress updates on assigned work
Reasonable transportation costs for approved company assignments outside the normal office location will be covered or reimbursed.
As your skills, experience, and understanding of the business grow, you will be given increasing responsibility and ownership.

There may occasionally be a need to attend scheduled evening meetings, provide technical support, or complete time-sensitive assignments outside normal working hours.
Some evening tasks or meetings may be handled remotely where appropriate.
This is not intended to be an everyday late-night schedule, but flexibility, responsiveness, reliability, and good communication are important.
