Full Stack Developer (Backend-oriented)

Education

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related academic fields.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 4 years of verifiable experience as a software developer, with a solid and demonstrable background in the required technology stack (Java/Spring and React).
• Proficiency in developing robust backend solutions utilizing modern Java (version 21+) and the Spring Boot framework (3.x / 4), alongside Spring Security.
• Demonstrated capability in designing and implementing microservices and event-driven architectures utilizing Kafka, Outbox patterns, and idempotency principles.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining dynamic user interfaces using React with TypeScript.
• Solid technical expertise in data storage and isolation utilizing PostgreSQL and JPA/Hibernate, including the implementation of secure multi-tenant strategies.
• Experience integrating authentication and authorization systems using OAuth2 / OIDC and tools such as Keycloak.
• Practical experience integrating third-party SDKs and REST APIs.
• Strong background collaborating in CI/CD processes, utilizing containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and ensuring code quality (JUnit, Mockito, SonarQube).
• Speaking and Writing in English: BETWEEN B2 - C2 level IS A MUST
• Consolidated corporate competencies in quality and continuous improvement, systemic vision, agile collaboration, and technical initiative.

Desirable Requirements

• Practical knowledge of Testcontainers, Flyway, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience working with AWS or Google Cloud SDKs, as well as GitHub / GitLab APIs.
• Familiarity with Identity Federation platforms (such as Entra ID, Okta, or Auth0).
• Experience utilizing modern frontend tooling and state management such as TanStack Query, Zustand, Vite, and Vitest, along with Node.js.
• Knowledge of Helm, Azure AKS, and advanced CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic proficiency in the Italian language.
