Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong capabilities in business application development, process automation, SQL, Power BI and AI-assisted development.

The successful candidate will translate business requirements into practical, working solutions, taking ownership from solution design and development through integration, testing, deployment and support. This role requires someone who can combine technical expertise, business understanding and effective AI prompting to deliver reliable solutions quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements, identify opportunities for digitalization and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Develop and deploy end-to-end business applications, portals and internal tools covering frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs and relational databases.
• Implement CRUD functionality, authentication, authorization and role-based access control.
• Design relational databases and develop SQL queries to support applications, reporting and business analysis.
• Build Power BI solutions covering database connectivity, data transformation, data modelling, DAX measures, KPIs and interactive dashboards.
• Automate manual processes using Power Automate, UiPath, VBA, Python, APIs, scripts or other suitable technologies.
• Develop, maintain and enhance Microsoft Access applications, including forms, queries, reports and VBA automation.
• Integrate applications and workflows with business systems, databases and Microsoft 365 services.
• Use AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, UI development, SQL, API integration, automation and documentation.
• Review, validate and improve AI-generated outputs, independently resolving technical issues and ensuring solution quality.
• Apply appropriate security controls, version control, logging, error handling and testing throughout development.
• Prepare professional management presentations, dashboards, process flows, architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Take ownership of deployed solutions, including troubleshooting, maintenance and enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience delivering working business applications, dashboards, reporting systems or automation solutions.
• Practical frontend development skills in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, with React, Angular, Vue or an equivalent framework.
• Backend development capability using one or more technologies such as .NET/C#, Node.js, Python or Java.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL or equivalent.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, role-based access control and application security.
• Hands-on Power BI experience, including Power Query, data modelling, DAX and interactive dashboard development.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Access and VBA development.
• Experience implementing at least one working business process automation.
• Proficiency in Git or an equivalent version control system.
• Strong AI prompting skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective prompts and technical instructions.
• Ability to explain, validate, modify and troubleshoot both independently written and AI-generated code.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in a suitable frontend, backend and database stack; experience with every technology listed is not required.

Preferred Experience

• Power Apps, Dataverse and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Solutions combining custom development with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Rapid prototyping and iterative delivery of business applications and workflows.

Practical Interview and Demonstration Requirements

Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate previous working solutions using sample or anonymized data where confidentiality applies.

The assessment will cover:

1. End-to-end technical ownership: Explain the business requirement, solution design, AI/prompt approach, architecture, development, database, integrations, automation, testing and deployment.
2. Full-stack application: Demonstrate a working application covering frontend, backend/API, relational database, authentication, role-based access and deployment.
3. Power BI and SQL: Demonstrate a dashboard connected to an actual relational database, covering SQL, transformation, data modelling, DAX and KPIs. Primarily Excel-based datasets will not sufficiently demonstrate this requirement.
4. Business automation: Present at least one working automation and explain the original manual process, workflow logic and business benefit.
5. AI-assisted development: Explain how prompts and AI tools accelerated delivery, how outputs were refined and how the resulting solution was validated.

The interview panel may request live changes to code, prompts, SQL queries or business logic, or ask candidates to troubleshoot or enhance a solution.

AI use is encouraged. Candidates must demonstrate genuine technical understanding and ownership of everything they present.
