Full Stack Developer

• Lead end-to-end development across frontend and backend. NestJS (Node.js + TypeScript)- Design and optimize RESTful APIs, database structures, and system workflows.
• Guide, mentor, and support team members in problem-solving and technical decisions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce clean coding practices, and ensure delivery quality.
• Collaborate with product and management teams to align technology with business goals.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Designers and other team members for project.

Required Skills Qualifications

• 4 5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong expertise in React.js (frontend) and Node.js with NestJS + TypeScript (backend).
• Proficiency in designing REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and scalable architectures.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Prior experience as a Team Lead is highly desirable.
• Experience with Serverless architecture, AWS ecosystem and Knowledge of microservices and containerization will be plus point.
