Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software systems to improve organizational efficiency.
• Oversee software system operations to ensure smooth performance; identify and resolve issues as they arise.
• Restore software systems to full functionality in the event of failures or system crashes.
• Coordinate with suppliers for the development of various organizational software systems.
• Plan the integration of software systems across departments to reduce redundant workflows.
• Analyze data within software systems to enhance organizational performance.
• Identify and evaluate new tools, software, and technologies to improve organizational efficiency.
• Participate in organizational meetings; effectively present plans, ideas, and concepts while collaborating with team members.
• Manage operations and establish quarterly and annual departmental work plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualification

• Experience in related field 3-5 years
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Computer, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot or design Web & Mobile Application systems.
• Proficient in programming with Python.
• Able to work with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL databases.
• Able to use Crystal Report and Jasper Report.
• Knowledge and understanding of API integration.
• Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot ERP, CRM, and E-Commerce systems.
• Business acumen and ability to generate reports from various systems.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong coordination skills and ability to manage tasks under time constraints.
• Service-minded, positive attitude, and self-motivated to achieve project goals.
