Full Stack Developer

NJV School Management Board is seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join its technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing reliable web applications and digital solutions that support the organization’s operational and educational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and internal digital platforms.
• Develop and integrate front-end and back-end components using modern development frameworks and technologies.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient databases and APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across applications and systems.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and other required digital tools.
• Conduct testing, performance optimization, and security checks to ensure application reliability.
• Collaborate with HR, academic, administration, and other departments to understand technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain existing systems and implement improvements based on organizational requirements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions where relevant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks.
• Proficiency in at least one back-end programming language/framework such as PHP, Python, Node.js, or .NET.
• Experience with SQL/relational databases, APIs, version control, and web application development.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
