Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our in-house applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about building user-centric solutions, enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, and is capable of delivering reliable and scalable applications across both front-end and back-end technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance in-house web and mobile applications to support business operations.
• Work closely with business users, project stakeholders, and the development team to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end services.
• Develop and maintain APIs, database structures, and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Perform system testing, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Participate in application deployment, release management, and production support.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with company standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions where appropriate.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in full stack software development.
• Solid experience in front-end and back-end application development using modern technologies.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, database design, and version control tools.
• Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps practices is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for developing quality software solutions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
